XtraLight’s Retrofit Strip Kit (RSK) is a cost effective way to improve lighting without removing existing fixtures. The fixture is an energy efficient strip channel retrofit reflector, for commercial and institutional facilities. Improve existing efficiencies by retrofitting with the specular reflector, electronic ballast and T8 lamps. Sour standard designs include, normal, spread and task beam configurations.

Convert existing recessed lighting to a contemporary appearance while increasing efficiency with electronic T8 or T5 ballasts. Universal brackets eliminate the need for matching existing latching. The fixture’s construction consists of the body and end caps being code gauge steel painted matte white with the end caps interlocked and screwed to the housing for additional rigidity for installation into NEMA type “G” ceiling grids. Optics exist for existing DCP and prismatic applications. The perforated contoured center basket with acrylic inlay hides lamps from view and the lens is secured to the housing with studs and aircraft cable. A soft light output provides less glare and uniform light coverage.
