Xtra Light was awarded the lighting installation job through a bid process. Scope of work included retrofiiting 6,264 fluorescent fixtures to LED. Scheduling was coordinated with the Assistant Superintendent of Operations from beginning to the end of the project. Installation was performed at night in order not to interfere with daily school activities. Project was completed in 8 weeks.
